Two concrete
choices.
Isolate each restaurant
Managers work only within their restaurant. Access and data are checked server-side, even when the interface already hides other venues.
Preserve the signed closing
Once signed, a closing becomes a stable record of the shift. Evidence stays private and the report can no longer be edited like a draft.
