I turn a need into precise assignments, distribute the work and verify the outcome. Agents accelerate execution; I remain accountable for the product.
In my daily development work
I clarify the request, choose an approach and define how the result will be validated.
They explore the code, propose changes and run checks in a dedicated working environment.
I read the changes, test the journey in the browser and approve integration.
My tools are connected: Neon for data and Vercel for deployment. Agents work within a defined scope, with human approval for sensitive actions.
Beyond the code
An evening task review, then morning priorities and deadlines. My Hermes environment keeps project context and runs scheduled work even when I am offline.
One main agent available through Telegram and WhatsApp, with specialized profiles called in as needed.
For a transport business, a dedicated environment watches quote requests and replies, helps qualify leads and prepares commercial material.
The agent prepares the work. A person approves anything sent to leads and clients.
I split a mission into analysis, development and verification. Agents receive a scope, context and shared rules. I maintain the overall view of architecture and dependencies.
Work moves through branches, checks and review before integration. I remain responsible for the result.
Today I work with Codex and Hermes. Tomorrow I can switch if another tool better fits the need, budget or constraints. I compare the total cost of completed work, including corrections. My rules, skills and procedures remain reusable.
2025 · The beginning · Cursor
I started with Claude 3.5 Sonnet, then Claude 3.7 Sonnet in Cursor. That is where I learned to integrate AI into daily development, directly alongside the code.
The next step · Claude Code
I then moved from Cursor to Claude Code. At the time, its subscription gave me more working capacity for a similar budget. I deepened repository and terminal work and delegated longer assignments.
Today · Codex & Hermes
Around March and April, access restrictions and usage limits with Claude led me to try Codex. For my work, its balance of development quality, token volume and cost was stronger. I also moved my early agents to Hermes, which fits my Codex workflow. It is my current setup, not a permanent allegiance.
A project does not have an unlimited budget. Quality, price, quotas and correction time all matter. A cheaper model can cost more review time; a better result can justify a higher cost. The mission drives the choice, and my organization limits dependence on one provider.
