A request to confirmThe journey prepares an estimate and contact request. The driver confirms the trip terms; it is not an automatically guaranteed booking.

Estimate from the actual route
The server gets road distance from Google Maps, then calculates an indicative fare based on the requested trip.
Send a shared summary
The same trip information feeds the driver email and customer acknowledgement, giving both parties a common starting point.
